Honours for Move and Epic
Move has been shortlisted for the biannual Reading Association of Ireland award, following in the footsteps of Epic and Saga.
Meanwhile, Epic was selected for the International Reading Association's list of Young Adult Choices for 2009.

The first draft of Edda has been written
Conor tells me that the first draft of Edda is done and is with his O'Brien Editor. Edda is scheduled for publication in Ireland in the autumn of 2009. In Edda, Erik - as Cindella - and Ghost journey together through several electronic worlds of different types in an odyssey that brings them to a decisive enounter with a new form of game sentience.

News: Conor Kostick at work on sequel to Saga
Conor Kostick is at work on a sequel to Saga and Epic. The new book, to be called Edda, is named after the stories of Snorri Sturluson, whose ancestral home in Iceland was visited by Conor this summer.
'If Kids Made The Reading Rules' Poster Launch
Above you can see a TV news item documenting the launch of the 'If Kids Made the Reading Rules' poster that took place in Trim County Library on Tuesday 23rd of September, as part of the Children's Book Festival 2008, in association with Children's Books Ireland. Conor Kostick helped the children create the poster which can now be seen in libraries and schools all over Ireland.
